Compact and affordable
The Mini-Studio is our compact solution for short stays - ideal if house guests want to spontaneously extend their vacation by a few nights. Compared to our other apartments, it’s much more compact, but it’s affordable and practical.
Simple, but nice
The Mini-Studio is furnished in a functional way and offers everything 2–3 people need for a few active days in Saalbach - because the real adventure happens outdoors. And afterwards, the cozy Mini-Studio awaits as a small retreat.
Small but lovely
The mini kitchenette is equipped for the essentials: microwave, mini fridge, kettle, filter coffee machine, cutlery, plates, glasses, bowls, and much more. For anything beyond that, you’ll find plenty of restaurants and places to stop for a bite in Saalbach.
Separate toilet
A separate toilet with a small washbasin is located directly in the Mini-Studio. Right next door is the entrance to the public wellness area - where you’ll also find the spacious shower.
Sauna and shower
Mini-Studio guests can use the wellness area all day. Between 3.00 PM and 8.00 PM, the wellness area is also open to all house guests. This means that for most of the day, the area - including the shower - is available for your exclusive use.
OVERVIEW
The Mini-Studio is located in the basement and features a double bed for two in the combined sleeping/living area with TV and wardrobe, an adjoining room with an armchair sofa (single pull-out bed), a mini kitchenette, a basement window, and a separate toilet with a small washbasin. The Mini-Studio is connected via its own door to the public wellness area with sauna, shower, and relaxation zone.

It’s important to us that you book the Mini-Studio with the right expectations: it’s a compact, functional accommodation for guests who spend their days out in the mountains and appreciate a simple, affordable place to sleep in the evening.
